1. Your legal rights come first
- Nothing in this policy limits a right to a refund or a remedy that consumer law where you live gives you. If what you bought is faulty or isn’t as described, that law may give you a repair, a replacement, a price cut or a refund, whatever this policy says.
- Right to cancel in the EU, the EEA and the UK. The law there normally lets you cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to that before paying. At checkout you tick a box to ask for delivery to start straight away and to confirm you know you then lose the right to cancel. Delivery starts when we send your repository invite and licence key, or the guide’s PDF.
- Until delivery starts, you can cancel for a full refund. If you didn’t give that agreement, you keep your 14 days.
2. Content Factory
On top of your legal rights, you get a full refund if you write to us within 14 days of buying and either:
- it won’t install or run on a supported computer (the requirements are in the FAQ), and we can’t get it working with you; or
- your repository access or licence key never arrived, and we can’t fix that.
Unless the law gives you a right to one, we don’t refund for the results of your content (views, followers or sales), your AI provider’s or other services’ fees, a site limiting or closing your account, a feature you didn’t check before buying, or a purchase whose licence ended because you broke the terms.
3. The guide
It’s a PDF delivered at once. Unless the law gives you a right to a refund, it’s refundable only if the file didn’t arrive or won’t open and we can’t fix that within 14 days of your purchase.
4. Charged twice
If you were charged more than once for the same order, we refund the extra charges in full.
5. Cancellation
Both products are one payment. Nothing renews, so there is no subscription to cancel.
6. How to ask
Email support@coslynx.com with your order number and what went wrong. We answer within 2 working days. An approved refund is paid by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used. Your bank decides how long it takes to show.
7. What a refund ends
A refund ends your licence: your licence key stops working, your repository access is removed, and you must delete your copies of what was refunded: the software, the library and the guide. You keep the reels and other content you already made.
8. Dodo Payments and chargebacks
- Dodo Payments sells you the product, and its Buyer Terms also apply. Dodo runs the refund process and may refuse a refund where it finds fraud or refund abuse, but never one the law gives you.
- Please write to us, or to Dodo, before you raise a chargeback with your bank; Dodo’s Buyer Terms ask for that. A chargeback ends your licence just as a refund does.
